How to Use

Serving Suggestion:

Dissolve 1 sachet (6.2 g) in 600-750 mL of water, depending on your flavour preference. Take 1-2 sachets daily depending on your level of activity. Do not consume more than 2 sachets per day.

  • Always read the label and use as directed.


Tips:
The amount of water you add will affect sweetness and flavour, so experiment and see what works best for you. Best served cold.
