Happy Gut is a specialised blend of high strength glutamine, soothing herbs, and fibre that is designed to support gut health and digestion. How to Use

Directions
Adults 16+ years: Add 2 rounded teaspoons (8g) into 300ml or more of warm, not hot, water once daily or as professionally advised

Children 6-15 years: Add ½ a rounded teaspoon (2g) into 100ml of warm, not hot, water once daily or as professionally advised

Stir and drink immediately.

Pair Happy Gut with a diet high in fibre rich whole foods, probiotic fermented foods and limit consumption of alcohol, processed food, refined sugar, food additives and artificial sweeteners

For optimal results, take daily.
